Solmiko advanced milk proteins include milk protein concentrate (MPC) and milk protein isolate (MPI) spray dried from fresh ultra-filtered skim milk. These advanced milk proteins provide an excellent clean flavor profile and are an excellent source of native casein and whey proteins in the same ratio as found naturally in milk.
