As the demand for high-protein beverages increases, Glanbia Nutritionals introduces Thermax® 690 Heat Stable Whey Protein Isolate. Thermax 690 is stable in low-acid aseptic and retort beverages at high protein concentrations - up to ten percent or greater. Compared to standard whey protein isolate, Thermax 690 gives you the flexibility to formulate a much greater amount of protein into your finished beverage.

Thermax 690 is a hydrolyzed whey protein isolate that has been processed in a way that virtually eliminates the bitterness usually associated with hydrolysates. With less than 1% lactose, it doesn't add to the net carb count of the finished beverage, making it ideal for low-carb formulations.
